Telephone Calls:

If required, the Doctor may be able to speak to you on the telephone during normal surgery hours. However, we may ask you to hold or arrange to call you back, if the Doctor is with a patient.

Cultural and Language Diversity:

Clarendon Medical Centre respects cultural diversity. There is a network available to cater for non-English speaking clients. We encourage patients to utilise the Translating and Interpreting Services on 1300 131 450. Please indicate to staff if you have concerns or specific needs and notify Reception as early as possible if translation services are required.

Transfer of Medical History:

Should you wish to transfer your medical history to or from another practice, please speak to reception staff.

Emergency Contact:

It is important that in Case of an Emergency (ICE) we have an alternative contact name and number of a family member, friend or neighbour. We also record Next of Kin (NOK) for each of our patients. Please provide these details to reception staff.

Recall/Reminder Systems:

Recall system provides patients with the safety and comfort of knowing that their doctor is monitoring their health by issuing recalls for follow up health checks, pap smears, results or discussing results, or referrals. Please advise our staff if you wish to be removed from this service.
